Making Lemonades Out of Lemons...Painting After Staging!

We had the privilege last week to work with some very cooperative sellers of a 3 level, fully finished townhouse in Centreville, VA. In preparing their Centreville townhouse for sale in Sully Station. I recommended they remove a kitchen border and paint the walls to freshen up and given some wow impact when you first walked in the home. We didn't have much time so they initially passed on that suggestion. The border had lemons on them and were on white walls. We staged the house with the border and no new paint, but after staging the entire house the owners were motivated to go the extra mile and modernize the kitchen.
