In the real estate world we often tour multiple homes either previewing or out with clients.  After awhile it can be confusing keeping the photos sorted and it doesn't take long to end up with a jumbled mess of pictures when we go back through them.Since I often make tour books for my clients I've learned to start each set of photos with a picture of the front of the house and close up of the house number.   If I'm making a neighborhood post I start with a photo of the entrance sign to the community and then the photos of the homes.  With new construction it's the sign out front that starts a new set of photos.Recently I toured a new development called Potomac Shores in Dumfries VA.  I took almost 100 photos knowing I would be creating multiple slideshow presentations of the neighborhoo... 06/23/2013

Ryan Homes one of the builders at the Potomac Shores river front destination community in Dumfries Virginia truly has broken the colonial home mold with these four model homes. At the meeting I was at a week or so ago, I learned that Ryan Homes will offer as many as fifteen floor-plans for you to choose from. Yesterday, I went to see how the construction of the  all new Potomac Shores community was coming along. It is in Eastern Prince William County Virginia on the shores overlooking the Potomac River being devloped by Sun Cal out of California. As I drove past the homes on model row. One particular model just spoke to me. As I walked around the side, I caught myself saying, this feels so familiar to me. Almost like a Deja Vu moment.
