 Potomac Shores Virginia is growing!   If you visited Potomac Shores community when it was new you may have wondered will this community really sell at these prices.    The Dunfries Town Homes For Sale And Market report indicates there is a dramatic shift ib the number of town homes for sale and number of town homes sold Active townhome listings were 105% higher in August 2014 compared to August 2013 Sold townhomes were 50% lower in Augist 2014 compared to August 2013 In contrast the average townhome list price and average townhome sales price were both 7.4% higher in August 2014 than the same month a year ago.
