  I am working with a new client who is starting their search in one of my favorite areas, Keswick Estates! This is a beautiful neighborhood with grand homes and views! This area is not only beautiful with it’s rolling landscapes and country club but it also has a wonderful Golf Course! I am always amazed at how fee golfers are on this course when I drive by! It is one of the few gated communities in the Charlottesville Real Estate Area which only keeps out the Sunday drivers. I think that is the only real reason for gated communities in our area.
