I have a confession to make.  I DON'T watch "Real Housewives."  I don't care whether they're in Orange County, New York City, or even on my home turf here in Washington D.C.  I don't even watch the hit show Desperate Housewives... anymore.  Apparently these Real Housewives shows are a big hit.  Many people, perhaps you, enjoy getting a voyeuristic look into the drama of these marriages aired on television for all to see.  Don't ask me for a summary of the show -- I've maybe caught a minute or two snippet while my wife was flipping channels -- that was more than enough for me, but to each their own.
