Charles, Something caught my eye and I was wondering why the price difference on homes listed on Acre Lane in Palmyra? Excellent Question. There are currently 4 homes listed on Acre Lane from 229,900 to 465,000 and this is not that big of a road (see below and click photos for details). There are certainly differences in square footage 1600 finished to 5000 finished and this certainly contributes to some of the price range. I do find it interesting that the lowest priced home has been on the market the longest.
