I recently called on a short sale in Virginia Beach to see if was still available and asked my line of questions to the listing agent.  She told me that the bank had approved a price $17k higher then the list price.  I asked why they had it listed that low and she said to get offers on the house.  At the $17k higher price there were never any offers on the house.  Sorry I passed.  Anyone else running into problems like that?

Virginia Beach Rock N Roll Marathon - September 5, 2010   Last year I got the opportunity to run my first half marathon however, this year I was just a spectator.  Talk about the perfect weather today!   I got to hang out at the 2nd Street Stage with Dave Cynar and Band.  Hanging out there got me motivated to really get myself back into shape.  So I am going to set the goal...next year I am going to run the Rock N Roll Half Marathon again!
