October 2015 House Sales Price ReportEastside Cities of Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah and Sammamish and King County October King County closed sales were up 4.04% from October 2014. The Eastside showed closed sales up 5.18%. The median house sales price King County in October was up 8.20% over last year to $399,000 The Eastside showed gains with a median house sales price up 5.66% to $530,000 The Pending sales across King County, showed a increased 2.66%, and up 3.83% on the Eastside.
