    Happy Friday!   Wow, can you believe that in just a few more days Christmas will be upon us. Ready or not.... Here it comes! :) And I am happy to say I am very ready. Covington home sale inventory is the lowest it has been for a year. Currently there are less than 3 months of available homes for sale. Since the first of January there have been 245 homes sell in the city limits of Covington. If a home has a Covington address it is included in these numbers. Currently there are 56 homes  available for sale in Covington.  There are 65 homes that are sales pending and 11 homes that are pending inspections.  There are also 21 homes that are pending short sale approval. The median days on market is 44 with the average days on market 66.  If your house is priced right you should have an offer and be able to close in about 3 months.  That is a pretty good stat!     Happy Friday and almost Happy Halloween!   Yep the big day is less than a week away! Do you get trick or treaters at your place? When we lived in Florida we had several hundred kids that would come by... Our own little parade of cuteness and scariness all night long. We had so many trick or treaters we would just set up our lawn chairs in the driveway and pass out candy from there.  Ahhh, such great memories. And it was Florida so that meant it was always dry and warm enough that you didn't have to cover up the costumes with coats and jackets.   Now it is often rainy and rather chilly - some years down right cold.  And because our neighborhood is so spread out and because we live so far off the road with a really long and steep driveway we don't get any trick or treaters coming by.... 10/26/2012
