The median sold price was $199,000. The lowest sold price was $107,000 and the highest sales price was $285,000. The average days on market for all price brackets was 88 days! I just finished pulling some stats for the month of July, and I'm noticing that during that snapshot of time from 7/1 to 7/31 things don't look too bad over in the Waterland City.  I even saw a house that I would have loved to buy - a lovely, updated split level home with two kitchens and 1800 square feet, just five blocks from the Marina?
