  Arrowhead Point’s McDonald Highlands MacDonald Highlands is located south of Kenmore and north Kirkland.  McDonald Highlands is made up of 66 home-sties   The original developer sold of the unfinished lots in 1984 to 6 different builders.  The community has a nice diversity in architectural design. Many of the home-sites border on greenbelts and have lots that are 10,000-12,000 sq.ft. The Arrowhead Point and Inglewood/Inglemoor neighborhood listings are down 33.3% year to date.  Mostly because of low amount of listings coming on the market in 2ndquarter, over the previous 4 years the 2nd quarter listings average was 110 listings compared to 2012’s 2nd quarter’s 33 listings. Surprising the number of closed sales for the Arrowhead Point and Inglewood/Inglemoor neighborhoods is up 42.4% comparing 2012’s closed sales to the previous year. Arrowhead Point is bordered by the Inglewood Country Club to the north, Saint Edwards State Park to south and Lake Washington to the west.  Arrowhead Point is about 7 miles from north Seattle.
