Kent WA Real Estate - Homes that Sold March 2012 The following chart shows the properties that have sold during the proceeding months.  For the month of March there were 114 homes that sold - which means they closed and transfer of ownership was recorded at the King County Courthouse.  That is a huge jump in solds for the last 12 months, in fact the larges closing month in the last 12 months.  That is 30% over March 2011.  Lets look at what this means in the next chart.  Below is the chart that shows the Months supply of Inventory.  Inventory in the Kent area is WAY down - down 60% from March 2011.
