Lenders had previously developed many programs that did not include mortgage insurance on loans greater than 80% LTV. I think that is about to change. I was planning to talk more about the golfing experience one can enjoy while in Kent but while I was taking pictures I realized how much more you get from the city and what it has to offer. http://www.ci.kent.wa.us/index.asp is the city's very informational website. There really is no "Golf Course Homes" on the munincipal course of Riverbend. There are view homes on the surrounding hills, apartments across the street and in walking distance any given direction and condos just on the north east portion of the course.The condos you can purchase in the low 200's for 2 bedrooms, spacious floor plans are right in teh middle of a plethra of activities. The Ice Center, golf course, restaurants, walking trails along the Green River and Softball/Baseball parks all are in walking diostance of the... 02/13/2007
