Verda Ridge is a Marysville neighborhood off Evans Rd (52nd ST NE) and continues on through 75th Ave NE. It is comprised of ramblers, two-stories and split level homes in a cult-de-sac style neighborhood. Being a really big neighborhood it offers buyers many choices through the different sections. There is also a neighborhood park, Verda Ridge Park, that has a basket ball and tennis court for the neighborhood kids and parents to get some exercise. 05/15/2007
