The family who were going to rent it are not, so it is available. 3. We are asking 965 a month in rent and last and deposit on it. 4. Dogs are ok, in fact it has a kennel run. Our renter had been there just about 5 years.  Good overall rental history, only late 3 times during the almost 5 years and always paid in the end.  However there were issues towards the end.  In the beginning there were two room mates, but one of them had a major stroke and ended up in a nursing home.  From there with out our knowledge initally the remaining renter brought in a new room mate we did not get to screen.  Lots of things happened that violated the lease...smoking in the house, working on ...

Ok, have to say that this is one of my favorite listings right now.  If I were currently shopping for houses  and had to choose between the one I live in and this one both @ the same price I would choose this one over my own all day long. The house is about the same size as mine, but the lay out is better and it has a # of things that I don't have @ my house.  Plus after living on a dead end and then living on a through Street, I have to say I miss the dead end and this house has the dead end.         Other things I really like about it are the hard wood floors, the french doors to the back deck.....     The very nice light wood cupboards in the kitchen set off with beautiful tile counter are more reminicent of what we are used to seeing on the North End of Tacoma rather than the South ...
