I was out and about the other day with my coworker Cathi Mahan calling on a few of her clients in Pierce County. It’s just about lunch time and we’re headed for Spanaway, an unincorporated area in south Tacoma tucked in the northeast corner adjacent to Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
