Slight Improvement to Active Condo Inventory for Vancouver WA in April 2017! Condo Sales in Vancouver WA have been relatively slow this past Quarter, allowing the Active Inventory to rise up slightly (one-half month's worth), although still in the Red-Zone Seller's market area. Here are this month's highlights: Condo Sales Prices are up, with the 3-Month Moving Average now at $224,013 closing up 12.66% over the prior April; and the 12-Month Moving Average closed up 6.99% from the prior year; 42 Resale Condos were sold in April, which is down about 14 (-25.0%) from April 2016; REO/Bank Owned Condo sales were 0 units (0% of total); down from 4 (7.14% of total) in April 2016.
