Real Estate Sales See Higher Prices, with Fewer Units Sold for Vancouver WA Although prices remain at a high level, the closed unit-volume was substantially below last year's level.  This month's main points for Vancouver Real Estate Sales include: 420 Resale Homes were sold in August 2018, which is 81 fewer (-16.2%) than were sold in August 2017.   The 3-Month Moving Average Price Trend Line, while move up less than $1k this month, is 8.4% higher than the prior year; with the 12-Month Moving Average up 9.7%.  Short Sale /Pre-Foreclosure property sales were 2 unit (0.5% of total); down from 3 in August 2017 (0.6% of total).
