Bidding wars are more and more common in 2021 and the Wenatchee Valley is no different. The average single family home in the Wenatchee metro area is selling for 2% higher than the list price in the first part of the year. What about the condominium market? In our latest blog post we answer the question on everyone's mind: How much should I offer over asking price on a Wenatchee Condo? The answer may surprise you. Only about 1/3 of Wenatchee condos are selling above asking price and the average condo is selling for a slight discount.
