Welcome to Sunnyslope Washington. This darling little town located just north of Wenatchee is home to about 2500 residents. It is part of the Wenatchee/East Wenatchee Metropolitan statistical area. Most of Sunnyslope is serviced by Chelan County and is served by the Wenatchee school district. Elementary students attend the Sunnyslope elementary school and secondary students attend Foothills middle school and then onto Wenatchee high school. It's the headquarters of the Wenatchee/Okanogan national forests. Most of the homes and residences around Sunnyslope are pretty spread out. The base of Sunnyslope is at the apex of Highway 97 and Hwy 2 which merges onto Highway 285 onto Wenatchee. The Wenatchee Confluence State Park is also located at the southern tip of Sunnyslope.
