I spent last weekend at Bull Hill, a magical guest ranch in northeastern Washington State. I was introduced to Bull Hill a few years ago by a friend who has been visiting this real working cattle ranch (aka Dude Ranch) with his family for 13+ years. He raved about his love for this special place so I booked a weekend for me and my mom, who absolutely loves horses. We've since recruited a group of eight (moms and daughters) and celebrated our third annual visit last weekend.  Bull Hill is a magical place. Home Buyer Tax Credit ends April 30th. There is still time to find just the right home to qualify for the   for the $8000 tax credit for new home buyers (not owned a house within in the last 5 years) or the $6500 tax credit available when you are purchasing a different home.  The home must be under contract by April 30th and close by June 30th. Just be careful not to put a short sale home under contract for the tax credit because the chances are it will not close in time.
