This house has lovley extensive perennial gardens and cedar siding and is adjacent to a park. A lovely living room with windows overseeing the neighborhood. Quirky but charming And many challenges! 50 years of heavy smoking (lots done to re-mediate but smell still present), small bedrooms and one altered by adding a darkroom which cut the bedroom in half.
