Remember the old market from just about a year and a half ago? You could take your time and pretty well be able to go back and see a house two, sometimes three times. Things were difficult, and homes were not moving that fast. Lots of changed in a short amount of time and today in June of 2013 things have gotten back to where we were before the market went down. In some cases, it is great, very brisk, and selling like lightning.
