An Early Spring?  I'm not so sure that is what Jimmy was trying to say!   As you know, February 2nd was Ground Hog Day.  Many folks around the country turn to our furry friends to predict the outcome of our Winter; will we have an early spring or six more weeks of Winter?  It is no different in the wonderful town of Sun Prarie!  But I am not so sure exactly what Jimmy was trying to say this year.     An Early Spring?
