One of my favorite Mexican Restaurants in Waukesha, WI is La Estacion Restaurant.  I have been going there for many years, and thought it was time I blog about it :-).    I actually went twice in the last week and got the same dish each time....The QUESADILLAS DE CAMARON, which includes two fold-over flour tortillas filled with shrimp and Monterey Jack cheese, grilled to melting point. Served with white rice, black beans and guacamole. It is super delicious!!
