There were 64 sales with an average sold price of $204,499 with a list to sale ratio of 96.65% after being on the market 112 days.  In addition, there are 44 accepted offers with an average list price of $207,376 after being on the market an average of 115 days.   In comparision to 2008 results, there were 25 less sales or a 28.4% reduction and 22 fewer new listings or a reduction of 10% in new listings.   Currently there are 717 properties listed with an average list price of 242,907 with an average time on the market of 122 days. 06/06/2009

The other day I went with a ride with a friend in the Waukesha County real estate market and as we were going down the street I could see the resonances of buildings along the railroad next to the Fox River. It was not that long ago that the Whiterock Beverage company flourished in the City of Waukesha. Waukesha springs were well known through out the whole country, and the bottling company flourished.    White Rock Beverages is currently located in Whitestone, New York. Not too long ago in the Waukesha County Real estate market I could not wait until I was buried in work, and could never find enough time in the day.  I have always taken pride in the fact that I am pretty close to what I weighed when I was in my early twenties ( a couple years ago) and that I for the most part I eat like a bird. Well, not today in the Waukesha County Real estate market; it was time to enjoy the Buttercream bakery at 322 E. Main Street, in the City of Waukesha.
