  Starting on April 3, 2018,  United Airlines operated by SkyWest offers flights from Lewisburg, W.Va. to Washington-Dulles International Airport and Chicago O'Hare International Airport.  Flights aren't the only big change at the airport.   A newly remodeled terminal and restaurant featuring items made in West Virginia, are also a major upgrade.
