On June 10, 2007, I came across ActiveRain doing a google search, joined and wrote my first post, and by late 2018, I found my way to the coveted Number 1 spot on the Leaderboard. The addiction was so strong that my broker had to step in with an intervention. So I went cold turkey, checking in every once in a while and writing an occasional post. But my efforts turned to a weekly post I emailed to my base, Monday Morning Coffee. It’s been a wonderful source for business and kept me writing about my favorite subject. Then, last week, Kathy Streib called me out of the blue, and it was like old home week.
