The last couple of months I have had four past clients list their homes with me, and have been blessed.    Ok, homes are not "flying off the shelves" these days, so I must prepare them for patience.   Since most of my clients don't have a lot of patience, I have to share - NEITHER DO I!    I used to make a bet with myself how long after it goes live, how long it will take for a showing.    I have lost more than I can count, so stop the betting with myself!Sometimes a showing will be set not too long after going active, but other times it takes a while, depending on many factors.    Especially in this current market, listing even a bit under fair market value is a good idea, then you won't have to wait long for a showing.
