On March 19, 2024, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported  the condo & town-home values higher 4.8% to the price of $660,000 in February of 2024 from price of $630,000 in January of 2024, and increased 7.3% from price of $615,000 in February of 2023 in California.
