Great summary of the "how to's" of getting out of a contract, if need be. Specializing in Renovation Finance, the Inspection Contingency is the one we rely on the most... EVEN in an "As-Is" contract, you should ALWAYS have an inspection contingency, at a minimum 10 days, and preferably 14 days..
