If you are an agent, make sure you are not showing your clients from the Far East properties that are next to hospitals or next to highways! But the worst ones are funeral homes...The reasons are obvious.

If you have arranged a hotel room for your Chinese clients and the room number is 444, the deal is off almost for sure. I have studied Fengshui principles for many years. Everytime when taking Chinese clients out to hunt for apartments and houses, we have always faced the Fengshui issues. We know that a south (or east) facing property is a must!
