Cloud storage for all of your files. This is a FREE service. You have the ability to add more space free, or can choose to purchase large amounts. I personally use this service and prefer it over Google Docs. Dropbox is a fabulous TOOL for my real estate business. Regardless of which device I use, I have access to all of my files, documents, photos, folders. Currently, I have 7 GB and my service is still free. I highly recommend this product/service.

If you are like me, you have multiple devices to help you with your business. A smart phone, tablet ... more If you are like me, you have multiple devices to help you with your business. A smart phone, tablet device, computer (sometimes more than one) and other devices that make your life and business easier. But what happens when you don't have the device with you when you need an important document or photos to share with a client? Dropbox has become my new instant solution. I publish a monthly newsletter that I farm with and send to my sphere to keep in touch. I can spend a few hours putting it together and I often have an idea to add in the oddest places. I used to have a problem if I composed the newsletter on my laptop at home but had an inspiration at the office. Or, if I had completed the newsletter at home but wanted to print it at the office. I had to email myself a copy of the newsletter and hope I had the most current copy all the time. Then I found Dropbox. Now I start the newsletter on any device and store it in Dropbox. Then I can access the letter from any other device and continue, edit or even print from the second device with ease. I just keep saving the newsletter in Dropbox and I have access anytime I want. I can keep copies of old newletters for review and inspiration. I can move documents into and out of Dropbox by a click and drag method. I have started keeping letter templates in Dropbox for clients and colleagues. I can pull up a copy of the template, make the necessary changes to personalize the letter and send it off as an attachment easily. I scanned in floor plans for the homes in my farm so I can show them to a prospect quickly. I have also added a school calendar for the local school to I show what a local expert I am. I have even downloaded books to Dropbox so I have something to entertain me during the occasional down moment. The service is free up to a certain storage size but I haven't gotten there yet. I do get emails from Dropbox offering additional products that might be of interest. I can delete what I don't want. I never feel pressured to buy something I don't want or need. I demand that things be simple for me. I don't want to spend hours reviewing instructions or have to relearn the product everytime I use it. Dropbox is quick, easy, a huge time saver and the price can't be beat. I highly recommend Dropbox.
