HomeVisit was founded in 1998 and is located in beautiful Chantilly, Virginia and they provide services for Coldwell Banker, Long & Foster, REMAX, Sotheby's, Washington Fine Properties, and many others.

I have a former business associate who is now a full-time luxury property photographer in my market -- RL Caron Photographic Services in Naples, Florida. I've made him an attractive offer -- in return for which our team listings get first priority. We pay for the photos and for the staging...period. Doing so attracts quality listings owned by motivated buyers. We have the same kind of an arrangement with a stager.
The fact that I can assure potential sellers top quality photos of their professionally-staged home -- and to have the listing up within a couple of days -- has been the determining factor in many of my exclusive listings.
Not surprisingly, bright, sharp photos of a crisply staged home bring traffic -- reinforcing the seller's decision to sign on with The BC Team. This is all so simple even the proverbial caveman gets it. Fortunately, most of our competitors do not!

Their photography is of consistent high quality and show the listings they shoot at their best. And, even at Evers, where we have our own professional staff photographer, you can email them to Homevisit and they can put up the tour for your.
At Homevisit, you can upload the tours and flip through the photos quickly. And no bizarre music or other distractions to keep buyers from appreciating the properties in the photos.
They can also produce brochures and mailers, although I've not used this service - we do all of that in-house.

I've been using Homevisit services for quite some time. Their photographers are on time and take their work seriously. Photos are usually available the same day they are taken. In addition to being able to create branded tours for a personal website, they create an unbranded tour for MRIS and Realtor.com.
