Thanks Gabe Sanders Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers , since this question, my son has a $1600 phantom with GoPro has done outside videos. Looked into MATTERPORT, ouch so expensive at $4,500 plus monthly. You're right Roy Kelley , it seems my Samsung phone is acceptable for what I need.

Bruce Hicks, I'm not sure why you would want to fly a drone inside of a home. A video camera and a long stick could capture any aerials inside a home.

Bruce Hicks, I don't think you will find a drone for $100 or less that will be smooth enough to capture good images. The smaller the rotors the less stable they tend to be especially when you have a mounted on the bottom side. I started with an Parrott AR Drone which was $300 and it was barely stable enough for video & I used image stabilization software to clean up the vibration. For $100 just built a pole pixie setup and you will be much happier for the money.
