Small office for me Fred Griffin .  Less politics and intrigue.  I prefer to work in an office as there are fewer distractions.

Big or small, I would choose a company that had a good training program.

Big or small doesnot matter to me. I prefer to work in an office where top producers are willing to share their success. I love to emulate their work habits.

Fred Griffin - when I was with a big office, I preferred to work from home! Now eXp does not have brick and mortar office - and I miss it!

Hello Fred,  I am in a large office but work out of my house.  I get more work done at home and work longer at home

I work for a large privately owned brokerage which has offices in multiple states - the nice thing is, wherever I need to meet a client, there is usually an office nearby I can use.  My specific office is upwards of 200 people, but I work at home by choice. I share an office with my teammate but am rarely there, while she is there several times a week.  It works well.  I like having the resources and staff of a large brokerage, but I am not an office person by nature.  Too many interruptions. 

Fred, I work from home, but have an office to go to if I should need to meet clients.    I get LOTS more done from home, and have a great office set up!   

I like the small office atmosphere. My office may be small, but we have the local reputation as being in business longer than any other real estate office. My broker has had this company for over 35 years. Plus he's smart and knows the business like no one else. He stays on top of everything and is so tech savvy. I get personalized attention from my broker. 

The one thing that stand really stands out is my brokers attention to looking out for your client and doing the right thing. His experience is unparalleled in this area.
