Yes I do. If you follow what they tell you to do. They are going to push you out of your comfort zone

Well, I've done it a couple of times. The success was directly related to the weakest link...implementation!

If he or she is a great coach with years of experience in the business, YES. I also am a Life Coach and my clients tell me my coaching is vital to their success. A good coach is a mentor and then some!

A coach is good but I prefer a mentor. But anything to help business grow is good.

There are two self-inflicted conditions that prevent the growth of business.
#1. "I KNOW." When another is talking and 'I Know' crosses your mind, you cease to listen.
#2. IDWDT Syndrome. "I Don't Wanna Do That" often identifies the issue that must be resolved or student takes another trip around the mountain.
A coach can introduce the student to the issue(s) but only the student can prevail over them. I find most folks already know what their isssues are, they are looking for another way....and around the mountain the go.

It could, as long as it's combined with other factors and agents say on track. Mu impression has always been, these coaches try too soon to sell their coaching services to newer agents, and coaching is too expensive for most agents to consider.

You need to really know why you are being coached, what you want to accomplish, have the right person for your goals, and then really be open to them. I've used coaches on and off over the years and it's been helpful to get that outside perspective.

Only if you are open to it, and the coach is good! I had a coach years back that was not good, and I thought I should be coaching them!

Hi Charles -- I believe it depends on the person. Some people are highly coachable while others find success through other means. If you are thinking about it you should interview some potential coaches/mentors and see if it is the right fit -- ask them to share their success stories.
