Become an active member and participate in your local builders association to build your network in the industry.

If you can master lead generation you can really succeed in any business including RE.  Use online marketing and real estate squeeze pages to generate leads. Then develop a smooth and impactful listing presentation.

Look for successful office and good agents mix.
