Personal networking is very effective and one of the less expensive things you can do. Put all of your contacts in your database and make sure they hear from you on a regular basis. Learn how to effectively use mass email.
Become an active member and participate in your local builders association to build your network in the industry.
If you can master lead generation you can really succeed in any business including RE. Use online marketing and real estate squeeze pages to generate leads. Then develop a smooth and impactful listing presentation.
Get a good mentor.
Look for successful office and good agents mix.
