I would donate time working on a community project like fixing park together.

Charity fund raising auction and gathering can be fun filled. You need to give back to the community you searve.

Try some sort of fun games like pictionary or scattegories or something. Or create a jeopardy game.  Could be about local landmarks, history, trivia or just random stuff.

Softball game, bowling, trivia, etc.

Cocktail is for networking perhaps. Have somg quiz, game show or raffle - in ans around real estate. Treasure Hunt perhaps. 

Try a themed cocktail party or a fundraiser for a local charity.

Do some "ice breaker" games that help everyone get to know each other and learn a bit about them.  Write various subjects on a piece of paper and put in basket.  Each person takes a turn at a 2 min speech on this subject (i.e., fill in the blank... "my life is very boring, but few people know ______about me", or "describe your favorite childhood memory" or "tell us about your favorite vacation to date"...you get the idea.  It is set up like charades where the person stands in the middle of the others, who are sitting down...a little Toastmasters game
