I just completed a video with a mortgage broker on one of my listings. It turned out well except I look like the dwarf in Game of Thrones. I am planning more video's in my business.
I do need to start incorporating more video in my blogs and on my website. Thanks for the reminder.

Also, usually, if time permits, I put listing videos on my YouTube channel.
Community posts, neighborhood posts, listings, testimonials, FAQs, personal introductions and many more applications.
I use video, mostly for localism, showing potential buyers from out of the area, what this area has to offer, and farming for potential clients at the same time.
I do neighborhood videos and have them on the pages with the neighborhood. Plus videos of each listing.

We video all of our listings. We also take videos around the area and post them. We will video listings for customers who are not in the area. We try to use video as much as possible. I'm sure we have a lot of room for improvement, but we try.
