Willen,
I agree with emails sent. We also have a virtual human answering service that weeds out the callers, and then routes them to us. It is more human. A

Forget Zillow and stick to REAL Prosfessional Real Estate sites. There some improvements for Voice Manil like being able to have the call transferred, but if you get into the 3rd party sites...You would never see me part of anything.

I like the voice mail that automatically sends an email message to me. This may be a primitive standard with compared with newer options.

I hate speaking with people on the phone but even more than that, I hate listening to droning voicemails. I'd prefer the VM be converted to text and sent that way.

Logic Tree:
1. Bypass VM press #
2. Options
- Request emergency call back
- Select # for more information regarding....(a, b, c)
- Leave a message.
Absolutely DO NOT WANT THEM TO 'see where I am' yikes!
Or, you could offer, Agent Ann is currently ONLINE (some development needed) to answer your questions at Ann.com

I do like the email or if the voicemail could send a text with a link I would like that even better.

my voice mail usually just says call me. If I was calling I want to talk to them... and app can't fix that.

I also like the system that puts a voice mail into an email and sends it. It can be read on the fly and we all get emails on our phones, If I am with a client I will not answer my phone but if I get a moment I can glance at my phone and read the email which contains the content of that VM in a test format.

In my humble, low tech opinion, a quick call back is the best solutions to a missed call.
