Use a good CRM like Infusionsoft or SalesForce, best way to stay organized with everyone.
I would suggest a cloud based CRM program for this and you can have your list available on any computer or device.
Sorry, in our MLS system PC are more compatible.
I keep mine in outlook although I am not sure it's the 'best' way.
