Recently topics of interest were new HUD and mortgage disclosures. How to write offers when they come into affect. And always some favorites are red flags during inspections and how to pre qual a buyer for those newer agents who didnt once have to do it before a buyer would go see homes.
Content Michael it's all about content. A vendor who knows his/her stuff should be finished in about 15 minutes. Open it up for another 5 and its time to leave.
New building projects are a regular topic.
Our office doesn't invite vendors to meetings except very rarely when it's something truly new and unique that our management feels we need to know about.
