I swam across the Smith River in Northern California - TWICE. It was exhilarating. AND I got an offer on my new listing in Hawaii.

Any day I wake up on this side of the dirt is a great day.

 Good Friday morning Bob. I woke up this morning and was given another opportunity. Every day is special.

I woke up!

I woke up alive.

I am alive with more opportunities, friends, family.. what more can there be?

Good morning Bob. Not going into my office today, have friends at our home for a couple of days, we really enjoy them.

Every day is a special for me.

Today was a great one and I wish it was longer:) I enjoy every minute of my life.

Actually, I was speaking with a cooperating broker on a transaction (he's also a neighbor of mine) and he suddenly said to me "you probably don't realize how much of an inspiration you are to a lot of agents in town." I was not expecting that, but it was a great compliment with which to start the day.

The day is still young but it is going to be sunny and the heat wave is starting to disappear.

Stood beside a lake with a very nice client and admired the view - and made plans to bring my husband  and our doog back there for dinner this weekend. 

I attended my 50th year High School Reunion and  there were only old people there. Evelyn and I looked the youngest there.

I was able to sleep in today!  That made my day.

Waking up still breathing. And that is no joke, I am always grateful.

My granddaughter was my overnight guest. 

I don't know yet about today. But yesterday I took half a day off, and had a 3 hour lunch in a charming golf resort with one of my favorite friends.

Being alive and in good health is enough to make it a special day.

Getting a contract together while spending time with my family!

We had a wedding to attend last night, Bob Crane .. our oldest son's best friend got married.  They've been friends since high school .. so lots to remember and celebrate too.

Mine although hectic and lots of negativity going on, at the end of the day I had closed on a sale that was a long time coming.  The listing was also expiring so I was glad to have finally gotten a paycheck for all my efforts.  We also closed and funded on a refi, dropping our interest rate by 3.5%.  It was a good day!
