Our company automatically syndicates to 360 of them.

David Lee Zillow is popular amongst masses. And people do look at Homes.com, Trulia.com. Your MLS usually sends the listings to Realtor.com most of the time.
I think it depends on the type of property, where are all the other similar properties posted.
Our MLS syndicates our listings to lots of other sites, but blogging your listing is the still the best for CEO rankings
Zillow, Trulia & Realtor.com I do not like craiglist to list homes on.
Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, Realtor.com, Craigslist.....

Sounds like you have some good options here. Good Luck!
Our MLS syndicates to most other real estate sites. I usually write a blog post then send the link by Twitter, facebook and other social media, as well as a constant contact email to my sphere.
Realtor.ca is a very popular site. Listings automatically flow to this site if it is authorized by the seller.
YouTube is HUGE
Your personal site
David - Check with your MLS to see if they perhaps already syndicate to other sites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and then your local newspaper. The newspaper probably has an online search for homes where you can submit your listing. If you are on the top 5 sites, and your MLS, you pretty much have all the exposure that you will need.
Besides all the sites that are uploaded from your MLS, I like Realbird too.
I have other sites I use, but none are free or cheap. I have lake and golf properties I advertise on golfhouse.com and lakehouse.com I also have my own website with IDX from my MLS and promote that site
I don't spread myself to thin. If yo9u feel the need to spread out more do it on ONLY Professional sites.
When you put it on hte MLS it already goes world wide...Do less and do it right.
