Sometimes I do, but not anything special.

Not for me.

I am painting a 24 x 36 picture of a Theatre that was here is 1932.  I am using Acrylic paints.  All I have to go by is a black and white photo.  I am also adding the street cars and autos of that era.  I do my doodling on canvas.  It should be done by September 27th for the museum show.  I'll pass on the colored pencils.   I do have several sketch books though. :-)

I fear that I am not inspired by Doodles. 

Sorry, don't see me doing this...I doodle on scraps of paper and there is no room on my dest for a sketch pad...But it does help me think.

Will leave the profession and work as an artist.  Artists life is harder than realtors.

I am not "artisitic" at all, but I decided to take up drawing and painting last winter.  I learned so much.  I am still not a good artist, but it has certainly given me a new perspective on the way I look at objects and nature.  

I doodle all the time but cannot make a square or other objects to look like they are supposed to; it helps fill up the empty space on a piece of paper before recycling.

Adult coloring books have become extremely popular and are suppose to be calming and good for the brain.

Good find! I know many who are inspired by drawing while they work. For those who don't like drawing- have you tried personal writing? It's pretty close in creativity and sometimes when you start you find it hard to stop!

I don't doodle, never have... probably not ever likely to. But I'm regularly inspired without it!
