You would need to investigate the rules of each state to determine whether you can be registered. I don't know if there are residency or other types of rules in any of the states.

I'm only licensed in one. This is a great questions. I have to agree with Noah Seidenberg ...you could probably be licensed in as many you would like, but who would do that? I can see getting licensed in a several states, but not much more than that.
