I do not understand why other agents do not either answer their phone or call customers back in a timely manner.  In the 31 years I have been an agent there is still no answer to that question.

Giving benefit of the doubt, maybe the other agents don't have expertise in the area, or even price point he was interested in.

i see that allllllllll the time. and i bet nooooo one here on ar does that :). we often fail to do our job well. my personal opinion (not humble) is that we cant handle all of the work often.
