Lise,
I have read it and think it is a great book. I think you can create greater happiness. Her latest book “Better Than Before” about habits is a gold mine.

I have not read the book but yes indeed I do believe happiness comes from within.

Lise Howe I don't believe in coincidence but I was looking for it in Kindle format just last night! I do believe that people can make themselves as happy as they choose to be. As people mature they forget to have fun. They forget to have good, deep belly laughs. They worry what others might think of them. What other people think of me is none of my business!
I may grow older but I'll never grow up!

Lise -- I have neither heard nor read of the book but I do believe I can make myself happier. A positive attitude and approach to daily living is a good start.

No, I have not read it. I do believe each of us has the choice to be "happy" or not. Sometimes, ignorance is pure bliss.

Lise Howe adding in my long list of things to do!
People can surely make themselves happier - it's the attitude and mindset. If you focus on happiness, it works! (Not in 'Secret' kind of way, one needs to work on it....)

I have not read or heard of it. I do believe that everyone is capable to choose to be happy. As humans it is natural to go through other emotions but acknowledging them and then making the best of it is something most people don't do

i have not heard of it, is it anything like the alan parsons project? well..silliness aside, if you cant make yourself happier, no one else will or can... it is up to us. people or things cannot do it, it comes from within. Gandhi lesson over now. back to my meat eating, couch sitting potato chip life :)

Of course they can.
However, if a person makes the mistake of CHASING the emotion of happiness, they will be FOREVER chasing vapor and never catching it.
Enduring happiness is the result of things of greater dimension and durability. Temporal happiness is the result of gratification.
