Anything that is move in ready with the latest kitchen and upgrades is selling like hot cakes. 

Single Fanily Detached Homes priced $400,000 - $450,000

Those sell fast here too.

It ranges from $400K average in some to about $800K in others.

$500K to 900K sell like hotcakes in Alpharetta!

For standard neighborhoods (not oceanfront) $400-$750K depending on location. 

here , the bottom is 325 to 350. not sure how sweet that is :)

Same here, Paul. And anything under $175,000 sells even faster than those proverbial hotcakes!

We are about the same as your market. The City proper is $80,000 to $150,000.

I can't tell you what sells quickly as I'm not a realtor, but I would guess in general things that are priced to value.  The median price pt is $650,000 and I believe average is $800-$850,000.  I think that's for single family homes.

The price range you gave would be on the lower end in the co-opss and those do NOT sell quickly.  They take a long time.
